I have so much more to say!
I've started Made to Crave by Lysa somebody.
I've mostly given up all processed carbs and sugars.
Though today I had 3 little clif z bars. oops.
overall it's been a good plan and I feel good though it is too much animal products
to feel natural and breakfasts get old.
I did loose about 15 pounds in a scary fast amount of time while still
eating TONS of food. If anything I feel like my intake increased though the
pounds just fell off without the carbs. Now, i'm hovering around 192-194 which is better than 202-204. I had made it down to 183 or 184 over last summer but that didn't last long into the fall. I gained about exactly 20 pounds with each kid. How I'd love to return back to 140 but what I know is, it's not about weight, it's about obediance to God. Habits are hard to break. really hard. not just really hard, impossible without God and dying to self at least I think so. Gosh I seem to love this private and totally public posting. hmmmm. Oh ya, exercise. how do you even spell that word. Well, we live in north idaho and are more active here than we were in ohio. The kids and Tim started Christian Karate this week. We are all 5 signed up for 12+ mile Bloomsday. I hope we can pull it off. Luke and I walked over 3 miles the other morning. I hope we do more of that. He went from not being able to read a few months ago to being an amazing reader! I occassionally do Lori Sansone Pilates tape and I enjoy that. i guess I've procrastinated long enough. Tim starts his lifegaurding class in a couple weeks. He's been subbing. not really enjoying it but doing it. I want to kayak up the river with Kathryn someday. We all need new bikes except maybe Luke. I really want a motor boat to go to Lake CDA. We need a church to attend regularly. we're going to try Real Life again. Tim really needs a mens bible study. enough for now.

where did 6 years go?
I found my old blog trying to sign up for google which I didn't even know I had an account. It's fun to read my first blog though I find them all pretty miserable and I surely hope they are never read. We now live in North Idaho again and loving it. If for no other reason, maybe this blog can become my new "journal" to the kids that I started when we first found out we were pregnant with our first but by the third, the journal got forgotten somewhere in the bed stand. Kathryn is 10, Luke, you are 7.5 and Rachel, my Rachel you are 4. Kathryn dearest, we started our first quilt this weekend after quilt group from the quilting bee came with 9 ladies in it. I picked you up a sewing desk at St. Vinny's "make an offer" deal today. You are growing up. You seem older lately. You were showing dad how to do something on his Fire and you seemed so grown up. your legs seem longer and grown upish. You seem to enjoy school. There is a boy in your class that you've noticed. I don't want to draw too much attention to it but you do light up at the thought. his name is consonant vowel consonant consonant vowel consonant with the two middle consonants matching like tanner or conner, etc. but you won't tell me what it is. You pick the bumps on your arms and your nails. I know you wish you didn't but it is a stress reliever. you giggle when your dad tickles you and gives you attention. You enjoy reading and currently are very in to duct tape projects. I love you. I love that we've been in to reading the bible together in the evenings when everyone else is down. We started this when you came home from the hospital from your asthma scare. We've about finished 1 and 2 Samuel. We sang the "Matthews Begats for Church on Christmas eve service. God is good. It went wonderfully. As for now, i should do my price comparisons before bed.
