I made it down to a steady 177ish last fall but by October it's been a climb back up to
a solid 195 : (
It's all in the carbs.
I started reading Sugar Nation.
I'm sure I'm not diabetic but I'm interested in how I would perform on a gluclose test.
I absolutely crash about an hour or so after having simple carbs/sugars.
I don't excercise though i'm going to get back to doing my 17 minute pilate video 3 times a week.
It seems easy and attainable but still a good challenge at this point.
I'm also going to get back into walking, esp with Bloomsday coming.

walking means about 2-3+miles while memorizing scripture.
