Around the mountain again
Last Wednesday I hung up the ole sugar towel. Had Panda Express one night and orange chicken the next. But overall very good. Glad to feel more alert in mornings and better night time sleep

Shimmer of hope
It's been a good year so far overall but bad eating day today. Luke, Kathryn and I jumped in the freezing cold river. I've started swimming M, W, an F at 5:00-6:30.
